The development maximises upon the prestigious Colmore Row address, improving the street presence of the building, whilst highlighting its distinct heritage, creating a unique and stylistic office space, full of character and fit for the modern world.

The refurbishment greatly expands on the use of space, to include a roof top extension, internal alterations to the building, a new roof top plant deck and incorporation of a restaurant space at ground floor level.

Numerous feasibility options were explored during the development, with careful consideration to balancing the financial appraisal of the project, viability, heritage and marketability of the finished product.
