SBID International Design Award
Thursday 22nd August, 2019Virtual Resolution has been shortlisted for an SBID International Design Award
We’re proud to have been shortlisted in the prestigious Society of British and International Design (SBID) Awards for our CGI and visualisation work on a cutting-edge new restaurant in Germany.
We worked alongside specialist interior design firm Robert Angell Design International to deliver a series of CGIs as part of their creative process at Fritz & Felix in Baden Baden. The images enabled the design team to choose the perfect materials for the restaurant, as well as demonstrating the plans to guests and clients before the restaurant opened. Our design team enjoyed bringing life to the stunning concept for Fritz & Felix, helping to visualise the fantastic design before work began on site.
Winning an SBID International Design Award is regarded by the industry as one of the highest achievements in interior design. In 2017, we won the SBID’s CGI & Visualisation Award for our work to support the redevelopment of the DeVere Tortworth Court Hotel.
We’re hugely proud to have been shortlisted again in the CGI and Visualisation category of the SBID Awards. It puts us on a par with some of the most ambitious and talented design studios in the world. All winners and finalists will be featured in the Global Interior Design 2019 book which is distributed to over 1000 professionals across the globe and available to purchase on the SBID Awards website.
Entries in the SBID Awards are assessed by leading industry experts for their technical content and aesthetic creativity, while members of the public can also vote for their favourite. This year the awards have received a record number of entries from designers in 48 countries, an increase of nearly 20% on the previous year.
Being selected by the judges for the shortlist is an honour and now we hope we’ll win your support for our work!
